Full Services
Product Concept
The Customer & Product Development Team discussed creating a product concept according to the customer's request, then Sinar Alfa Omega made a sample formula.
Test Panel
After the sample created has been approved, a panel test will be held to draw conclusions regarding the sample that has been created.
Packaging Selection
Once the formula is approved, we will provide various types of packaging options that are appropriate and suitable for the formula.
Deal Price
Sinar Alfa Omega will send a quotation for the formula and packaging chosen by the Brand.
Stability & Compatibility Test
We will test the selected formula & packaging first to find out whether the formula is suitable for production or not. And we also carry out compatibility tests between packaging and formula to ensure there are no problems in the future.
BPOM Registration
All products produced will be BPOM certified.
Halal Registration
All products produced will be Halal certified.
Production
At this stage, we will carry out the production process after the stability and compatibility test process has passed. The production process will be carried out in 1 line between filling & packing.
Delivery
We will deliver our finished good products to customer warehouse. The products that we ship will be checked by our QC to ensure the quality comply with standards.
